Tulip time in the Pacific Northwest

I bike at sunrise along tulip fields, listening to birdsong, knowing there is hot tea and a muffin in my backpack to devour whenever I choose to stop. Living here continues to astonish me, especially in spring.

The hours stretch and I accomplish very little in April except sketching and taking in this amazing place I get to call home.

Thanks for sharing these Sharyn! Ike and I were out there in that same spot on Friday afternoon. OK--did you lay down on your tummy to get that shot of the yellow closeups? An amazing shot--but you are an amazing artist. Let's do tea sometime soon. I need to catch up with you!
