I've been away. Did you notice?

First it was the mad scramble,
then running for another stint working aboard a cruise ship.

This time I taught on Crown Princess.
And found many new friends and lots of inspiration.
As always.

My sketchbook is full of ideas for beach-themed art.
I can hardly wait to get home and working again!

What a blessing to have a working rest,
and ideas perking as bright as a technicolor tropical holiday.

You certainly have found the sunshine you were longing for a while ago! What beautiful color everywhere too! Very uplifting.

The photos are beautiful. Where were you? What a blast of bright colors, wow it looks like a candy store did when I was young. What a treat. I am going on a Cruise to Alaska in June with my husband, our daughter and her 3 kids. Plus even though she was divorced and her kids father passed away , her mother-in- law is also going. We are going to spend a few days in Seattle when we come back if we can find a hotel we like.
I want you to know I had wondered where you were, I am glad you had a chance to sail away. You take care and be happy. Linda
