The whirlwind in the studio has been so intense there hasn't been time to blog a single photo!
Work has been non-stop goodness, with fishing and wine and inspirational themes all going at once, and some birthday crowns thrown in just for good measure.
And then running out the door...
aaaaahhhhh...
ROAD TRIP!!!!
Past barns
rolling fields
mountains and valleys
and splendid sunsets...
Makes me want to sing "America the Beautiful" at the top of my lungs,
and not just because Fourth of July is just around the corner either.
Yosemite.
One of my favorite places.
Tent camping
with Mr. Wonderful and a dear doggie.
Roughing it.
Wonderful.
Half Dome.
El Capitan.
Bridalveil Falls.
But we spent most of our time in the less popular places (after all, you don't want to be surrounded by people, you are here for the wilderness!)
Clouds Rest. Ellery Lake. Tuolumne Meadows.
America's national parks are such a gift.
Such inspiration.
I hope you are getting some time outdoors this summer, too, and enjoying the wilderness.
We just returned from the back country and I'll share views from the same area but outside the park tomorrow.
Happy summer, friends!
