Waiting and watching

I'm dependent on my scanner. Ridiculously so. Now with it in the shop I've got calligraphy and cut paper and diagrams everywhere. Making a terrific mess in the studio... piles of art litter every surface like confetti at a parade.

I am dying to get my repaired scanner back so I can scan all this and get organized again. And post it!

So art is emerging like peonies in the back garden
and waiting for Epson to get the necessary parts.

Sharyn, I'm loving your new blog! I totally agree about moss! We found hunks of it while we were out raking the other day. It's growing all over and I'm so glad! The bunnies are adorable! And I agree about the color palette - I find them the same way you do.
Delightful eye candy here, as always.

Hi, Diane, Thanks for the kind words. And how funny that you and I find our palettes the same way! Have you ever looked at colourlovers.com (spelled the British way)? Really fun site. Once they showed the palette of a Persian dinner... completely fascinating!

Hi Sharyn,
I'm glad I found your blog. Sounds like your art studio is a lot like mine,lol!!...I have tiny bits of paper every where that seem to multiply all by themselves. I admire the work I've seen on your blog and website.
I'm looking forward to A Child's First Year Cricut Cartridge release in June! Marvelous work!

Thanks, Stacy,
I just found out I'll be doing two more CriCut cartridges this year. Not sure about the release dates but it'll be botanicals and sweet baby. Just getting them started now. More snips on the floor!
